Hello and hope you are doing well.
In Obstructive Sleep Apnea there is an obstruction to air flow due to laxity of the throat muscles during sleep and this could cause low oxygen levels.
Treatment for Obstructive Sleep Apnea is by CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) where air under gentle pressure is passed into the airways keeping it patent. This will improve the oxygenation also. Also, you could avoid taking alcohol and try to sleep on your side as this keeps the airways patent. If any nasal blocks try to keep them patent with OTC nasal decongestants. Aim for optimum weight with exercises or long walks and walk your way to sleeping well!!
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
Follow this natural method to increase your oxygen level. Try to do 30 minutes ,twice a day. This works gradually, so allow months. Let me know when you first notice the increase in O2.

I have a third suggestion. Try Foradil inhalation powder 12 mcg. It increases the efficiency of oxygen transfer by relaxing the interface surface. It will either bring your 02 levels to normal or it wont. In any event there are no contraindications for such a trial.
