minimal ptb

I just came from medical check up and a doctor said that I have a minimal PTB. He gave me prescription for it. Now here's what I want to ask. The laboratory result says that "Minimal infiltrates are seen in the right upper lobe. Rest of the lungs is clear. heart is not enlarged. Aorta is normal. Both costophrenic sulci and hemidiaphragms are intact. Visualized osseous structures are unremarkable.". Now I want to know what is the meaning of this. Was my condition is still good or not?
