my mother was admitted in the hospital yesterday.she has pneumonia bilateral,moderate cardiomegaly, impression,bilateral fibrous densities. is she has a chance to cure?

I am sure you are very concerned and this is a very difficult question. The severity of the pneumonia on top of the severity of the cardiomegaly is what will determine what happens in the next days and weeks.  

Cardiomegaly can be from a variety of causes and, depending on its severity, can affect the ability of the heart to pump effectively. Its cause, how long it has been present, and how bad it is will affect the recovery. I would speak with your mother’s physician to see what is going on and what to anticipate.

Thank you doctor.Her physician said its too complicated.And we have no enough money to bring her into specialist.She is too pity :( all we can do is to pray that God will extend her life.
