sever pain in right side from coughing

iv been diagnose with bronchitus 3 times now and im about to finish my 3rd round of medice for it a few days i was coughing and my side started hurting me everytime i breath cough sneeze touch it etc and now tonight i cougghed and i got a sharp pain on my left side and now i cant even move take a deep breathe or anything does anyone have any idea why? and should i go to the hospital? it hurts alot i think its only the muscle or something... i hope anyway it is right under my rib cage and partially on my ribs at the very bottom

This sounds like Pneumonia.  Check to see if you have a fever. Of so, make appointment to see MD again.

thank you i think im going to go see a doctor today the pain kept me up all last night and is still immobilizing me today

There are many possible causes for this pain - pleurisy (inflamation of the pleura - lining around the lungs, pulled inter statial muscle, broken rib, dislocated rib/pinched nerve).  You do need to see a doctor quickly to get the correct diagnosis and treatment.  

Feel better.  I know what it is like.  I have a rib that pops out of place every time I get sick (which is a lot).  A PT has helped stop that to some degree though.  It is much better.
