shadow on chest left side
doctor says that i have a shadow on left side of chest as seen on xray.experiencing voice change,exertion when walking to car 40feet away.coughing no energy,walking to car makes me want to get sick,nausia light headed.can,t move eyes quickly or im dissy .im worried,going for ct scan on may 11.can,t turn neck fully to left or right.low grade fever at times ,if there such a thing ....low fever... to go to doctor and back home is too much,feel nausiated and need to lay down

The term “shadow” is a rather non-specific term. The description could be consistent with infection, lung tumor or non-infectious inflammatory disease, of which there are a number of categories. The voice change, that I interpret as hoarseness, suggests that the cause of the “shadow” may be interfering with the nerve impulses that control vocal cord movement and your voice may return to normal with resolution of the “shadow.” If the chest CT scan does not provide a diagnosis, bronchoscopy may be helpful
Diagnostic testing for the cause of your dizziness (with eye movement and/or turning your neck)) should proceed concurrently with the above. An MRI scan of what are called the vestibular areas might allow for clarification of the cause of these symptoms. Do urge your doctors to proceed with some urgency so as to hasten the relief of your symptoms
