student in pain! enlarged diaphragm?

im a 9th grader and i have a bad problem breathing recently. i have excessive pain in my upper quad/windpipe area. it is hard to breath and move my torso, especially when walking. it has also caused me to slouch and walk irregularry when standing. i have mild pain in my lower quad area. the only thing i can do to help my pain while walking is carrying around my 40 lib backpack. i asked my biology teacher today and she said it may be a enlarged diaphragm caused by stress. can i get some advice on what is wrong with me and how too treat it?
