Hello and hope you are doing well.
As per the report kochs is otherwise Tuberculosis, or TB. The infiltrate as it is in the apical portion of the lung, its likely to be due to tuberculosis. This could also be fibrous tissue from an old lesion. The calcified aortic knob could be due to Atherosclerosis. This is unlikely to affect our employment.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
Was this a chest X-Ray? Was it required by a potential employer? If not, why disclose it to a future employer.. less is better in my book when it comes to volunteering health information to anyone other than your personal medical doctor(s).
Good luck, while I don't know what the several of the statements mean, I see some good news too: Heart not enlarged is good, Rest of lungfields clear sounds good too.. the first point I don't know and think you should know in case some treatment is in order.
