Riding in the car for any length of time is torture, and if it is night time I might as well just knock myself out somehow so I can sleep. Is there a technique out there to help relieve the symptoms during a car ride. I stop often enough...but it is the thought I'd ebung "stuck" and not ebung able to get up and walk amir stretch as I need that makes my RLS nuts. I'm wondering if the angle of the car seat could be part of the problem. Any ideas of how to help this?
