I tried everything, nothing worked. No it's not alcohol or tobacco I don't do either. So one night I'm up again, reading because my legs won't behave and in the early hours I fancy a coffee. I don't normally take sugar but occasionally like it so I had 2 sugars. Before I had finished the cup my legs had relaxed so I risked it and went to bed. No bother. It was a few nights before I put it all together but now I have a chicory coffee with 2 sugars last thing and haven't had a problem since. It doesn't work as well without the sugar I have noticed. Maybe it won't work for others but it solved my problem, what can I say. Good luck everyone.
