elevated RF...help!

I am a 22 yr old female and recently I've been having quite a bit of health problems. Began with severe chest pain on left side in October 2009, then shoulder pain on left side, followed by different joint pains, muscle pain, twitching, tingliness in left arm and then all over my body. It's progressively getting worse. My EMG of left arm was normal (i'm getting another one on Wednesday), MRI of head was normal, creatine kinase, c-reactive protein, ESR, Vit. D, Thymine, B6, methylmalonic acid were all normal. My B12 was low and I had a positive rheumatoid factor of 39. My joint pain will be in one joint for a few minutes and then stop and move to a different joint...twitching happens randomly too. Does this sound indicative of rheumatoid arthritis? Could someone with Lyme Disease or other tick-borne illness have an elevated RF? Are there any diseases that cause a false positive RF? What other diseases could I have w/ all of my sxs and test results? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Dear b987k,
Many thanks for posting the question and giving me the opportunity to help you out.But please remember that , as i have not examined you physically i would not be able to arrive at the pin-point conclusion
Sometimes we get these sort of vague migrating joint pains, for which the cause is "not Known".We terms these conditions as "Idiopathic Poly Arthritis".
Also you are mentioning about the sternum pain. We call this condition as "Teitz Syndrome".
Would suggest you to stop thinking about all the vague diseases you have in your mind (as they are not commonly seen).
Just have some basic pain medications and continue with your routine activity.
In-case of the pain bothering you much, please inform me as that time, we may require to go for an expert check up.
Regards

Additionally....I have vibrating feelings throughout my body that come and go. I have intense sternum pain now, again more concentrated on the left side. Also, there have been 3 instances where I felt like I was going to pass out.
