Back pain?

Hey ladies!  

I'm 18 weeks pregnant with twins...anyone have a side cramp that feels like the ones you get when you run?  You guys think this is something to worry about?  I see the doctor on Thursday, so I will definitely ask then, but wanted your feedback.
