Thank you very much for your post. I will answer each of your questions here below:
1.) I do not believe that would pose any risk of any STD and certainly not HIV.
2.) If the condom remained intact and in place, there would be no risk. The only possible STDs that could be transmitted even with protection are hereps and HPV (genital warts).
3.) If your penis came into contact with vaginal fluid, it is possible to contract infections like the ones mentioned in the previous questions, as well as Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea and NSU (non-specific urethritis) as these are common and very easy to transmit.
4.) You can have a full STD screening (including HIV, hepatitis and Syphilis) after 4 weeks of a possible exposure. If you are only going to test the ones mentioned above, two weeks after would be sufficient.
