Confused

Hello I've recently noticed a single small red bump on my penile shaft... It is completely painless and doesn't itch...I initially squeezed a tiny amount of puss out of it but nothing else came out.. I'm pretty sure its only an inflamed hair follicle but some insight would be appreciated

I will probably visit one soon thank you..and yes i agree with it not being an std because urination is still fine and it is a single red bump the only thing that concerns me is the fact that i have been sexually active

Skin issues are too tough to tell what it can or can not be. Normally it is not a STD and does not sound like a STD, but see a Dr if concerned.
