Really worried!! Is it possible I could have gotten any STD from unprotected oral?

Hi, Im a 33 year old  straight male from Mexico that had  3 encounters somewhat recently. One was with a high paid escort in Belgium on july. That encounter only involved kissing and vaginal sex and oral protected. the second encounter was exactly 31 days ago in Mexico and only kissing, vaginal and oral sex protected again. Both looked like healthy persons and they even told me so. What I am really worried about is my third encounter which was with a 27 year old female. I had vaginal protected and oral gave cunnilingus and recieved fellatio.
Since I got married, This are the only encounters I have been in.
I will describe my full encounter in order to ask very precise questions.
This girl was married, I met her at a nightclub at a beach and she was on a bachelorette party and so was I in a Bachelor party. First I started fingering her and then I performed Cunnilingus which at first she didnt want but I insisted, She insisted the lights were off, Maybe she felt ashamed (I have seen that before) and maybe she did not want oral because she was a bit hairy and smelly, The smell was defenitely strong, but nothing  that I could not stand. I did notice some more fluid than some other girls or partners i have been before I got married. Then we had  protected sex in different positions, condom was well placed so far I checked and everything was in order. I came outside, then  laid ther for 2 minutes or so and then proceeded to throw the condomo away, turned on the light and everything was allright except I noticed a bit of blood on it. Cunnilingus didnt taste like blood what so ever   but I still asked her I she was on her period or finishing but she denied it and played dumb. Then we laid naked hugging kind of spooning for about 40 minutes. I then fingered her again until she came, no more vaginal because I had no more condoms left. Then she gave me oral for about 2 to 3 minutes.
I had a sore throat for 2 days before I met her because of air conditioning and smoking and so on that I usually get at the beach. Not many questions were made since we were both married and just wanted one encounter, She did tell me she suspected her husband had cheated on her a couple of times and that he was a rodeo guy. I dont know in the states but they are somewhat promiscous in Mexico. So that is when I started to get a little worried. She did tell me also that was the first time she was unfaithfull. So I was really worried and on monday (2days later) went to the doctor he told me it was very diffcult to get something and that I shouldnt worry but to be sure I had to get tested 15 days after exposure. I could not wait and did everything I could do 9 days later, penile swab for clhamydia and gonorrhea. throat swab for gonorrhea, syphillis which is called VDRL here and HIV. Everything was normal. My sore throat was still there so Iwent to the doctor, another one that specializes on that. Told him the story and said not to worrry, gave me levofloxacin hemihydrate for 8 days, I had a trip to Japan I my sore throat was never that bad and it did get better but never fully recovered migh have been the airplanes, rain, air conditioning. On the trip I realized I had some very small bumps or lumps on the shaft of my penis, im circumzised  on the foreskin so I really really freaked out. And I had only one encounter unprotected with my wife that day and then no more, When I got back 2 weeks ago I immediatly went for another VDRL test and HIV and came out negative. those were 22 days after exposure, went to the doctor and told him I was worried they could be warts, I have never had anything before on my life that I was aware of, He said literally that he thougt it was no HPV cause they looked different but still looked like warts, so he burned them in order to ease my paranoia. That same day went to the throat doctor and told me once more I should not  be worried that it did not seem to be anything like that and gave me a new treatment Clarithromycin its been now one week and still have a sore throat. so to be very specific on my question Ill resume them one by one.
1. Is it possible to get warts with protected vaginal sex?
2. Are warts only HPV related. and dont they take a few months to appear.?
3. Is it possible I could have something even though I have had no other symptoms and its been 33 days exactly ?
4. If they were warts what are the odds I could give them to my wife in only one encounter? (I have not had sex since they were burnt off but obviously did not tell my wife that.
5. Is it possible I could have something on my throat or how come to different antibiiotics have not cured them
6. Can my 22 day exams be reliable or should I get another one.
7. Could it be that all these symptoms are created by me ?? on account to my very strong paranoia???

sorry for the long description but I rather be very specific.
Thank you

Hi.
1. to contract warts there needs to be direct genital to genital rubbing skin contact.
2.  can appear a month up to 6 months
3. no symptoms is a good sign but doesnot offset testing since your married.
4. cant figure odds only skin contact is the risk.
5.  have a throat swab if your concerned by with kissing herpes sores would appear on your lips..
6.  testing would be below:
syphilis---6 weeks post exposure
herpes----3 month
hpv----no test for men.

7. yes
