18, with slight urinary burn and yellow semen

Hello, I am an 18 year old male in college.
As of these past few days, I have been sick with a stomach virus that had been spreading on my campus. I came down with the virus on Tuesday and was vomiting profusely for hours and only just started feeling better this morning, minus a few aches. The symptoms I had from the stomach virus were vomiting, inability to keep down liquid or food, aches, and a fever.

Now my real question is, this morning I discovered that my semen was abnormally yellow. I found this incredibly strange and alarming, as my semen is usually fairly clear. The only natural attribution I could think of as to why my ejaculate would be yellow in tint would be because I have been masturbating much more frequently since I have been sick (I'm still a teenager after all), or that my illness over the past few days had in some way caused the discoloration.

I'm becoming more and more worried that this could be Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, or Urethritis. I would rather be assured that it likely isn't, but would prefer a more professional opinion. It isn't exactly easy to get tested when you're a first year without a car to drive to the clinic...

You need to see a Dr then. As I said before the color of the semen has nothing to do with a STD.

I am EXTREMELY concerned now. After not masturbating for two days, my semen is STILL yellow. In fact, it is more yellow now than it was a few days ago when I discovered it had changed coloration.

I need an answer.

I have had unprotected oral and anal sex in the past, though at the moment I am not.

After contacting my mother, she feels that it is also likely due to my previous infection and to watch my condition for a couple of days and see if the discoloration is the same by Monday. I hope I am just being paranoid.

Seman color has nothing to do with a STD.
Are you having unprotected oral, vaginal or anal sex?

oh, I would like to add that since I have been ill with the vomiting however, I have at times experienced a very slight burning of the opening of the penis while urinating. It hasn't been anything worth noting until the yellow, but I figured that it may be necessary information.
