2 peeling marks on Penis

Hello, around 4 weeks ago i noticed 2 small "marks" on my penis. They looked like a peeling sunburn. One on the shaft and one on the head, the entire time theyve been painless. A few days later I experienced urethral burning. Not when i urinated but just a present burning. That stopped within 2 days.

When i masturbate the same 2 sunburn looking spots can still be seen. Also my foreskin had raised pimple sized bumps that were irratated from the friction. One formed a very small white pimple-like thing on it. A doctor inspected the red bumps and white bump and said they were ok.

STD/HIV tests came back A-OK.

Now 4 weeks after the initial rash and urethral burning incident have a slightly itchy anus, and inner thighs and the foreskin area is still tender though i havent touched it much in fear of disturbing it.

2 doctors assured me it wasnt herpes as the 2 rashes did not/do not hurt nor did the eurethra during urination but they cannot explain the red foreskin bumps or why the 2 sunburn looking rashes are still there 4 weeks later.

As a person with bad anxiety, herpes certainly is playing on my mind.

Did you have any sexual intercourse without protection that suggest that is an STD ?

Unprotected oral with sex worker. 2.5ish months prior to initial incedent. Prior to that no vaginal sex since last spring and all with close friends.

In that case, if you had unprotected sex, you should go for a full std test.
Should have reported that it was unprotected oral sex.

All my STD tests came back negative. 2 doctors said its not herpes though they didnt blood test for it.

As for the inflammation and bumps that turn red when "rubbed"  around my forskin they said its normal and not herpes and that i need to let this all "run its course".
