3 or 4 Small white bumps on penis shaft?

Hi i am 20 years old and have had a few sex partners. some protected some not. never seemed to have a problem until i had "gotten" with this one girl. i was dumb and didn't wear protection. a week later i noticed 2 or 3 small white bumps that looked like zits on the bottom of my penis shaft. they take a few weeks to go away but they always come back. there's not many of them, maybe 5 at one time, tops. i have also noticed it burns a little when i pee and my genitals itch. i am embarrassed about the situation and want to make sure i have an STD before i go to the doctor. any suggestions?

thanks

This is not going to be syphilis.

See a Dr for an exam, only he/she is going to be able to tell you what they are. Often bumps are not STD related.

Since you have had unprotected sex in the past I encourage you to have a full panel of STD tests run.

Hi,

This could be syphilis as sore throat etc can be symptoms of this or herpes/genital warts.

The best thing to do is to go and get a full std check, its nothing to be embarrassed about. Your doctor is a professional and deals with cases like this day in day out. The longer you leave it the more potential damage you could cause.

If nothing else it will put your mind at ease :)
