30 sec -1 min unprotected, then protected fellatio risk

I let an escort perform oral on me for perhaps 60 seconds or so before putting on a condom. She then alternated between fellatio and hand stimulation til I reached orgasm.

She did not appear to have any visible sores. How much at risk am I for letting her blow me for a minute or so unprotected before a condom was put on?

what should I watch for and over what time frame?

doc seems to think this was pretty low risk. I went to the clinic, where a swab test was done, plus a shot and zithromax given to me. Doc seems to think hiv or hbv exposure odds 'astronomically small'. So, with bacterial stuff ruled out via pre-emptive treatment, i'm probably alright.

I'm holding off on blood tests for now unless any symptoms (ie herpes etc) are noticed in the next few weeks.

What do you think?

Even then, very low risk. Of course the situation depends, if this girl had oozing herpes sores then yeah, you can get herpes but I doubt she'd be able to even have sex if she had painful sores..

I'd say HIV transmission is next to near impossible - but im not a doctor so..

how about if that was 30 seconds of vaginal intercourse before a condom went on?

slim to none... you'd have a better chance of hitting the lottery then getting an STD that way.
