30 seconds of recieving unprotected fellatio?

Hello Dr. Just a quick one really. Last week i went to a massage palour in Bankok. I had a massage and whilst it was going on i got an erection. I was told to turn over onto my back where the girl massaging began to perform oral sex on me. I told here to stop it immediately but i am beside myself with worry. My penis was defiinitley not in her mouth for more than 30 seconds and that is being very long with the amount of time. I have so far not had any symptoms other than my being worried sick. I was also on doxycycline for a chest infection which has just finished . The course was for 7 days 2 x 100mg a day. What are the chances of me getting and std from this and would taking doxycycline mask any true results if i was to get tested.
Thanks for any reassuring advise.

Thank you once again . What is the maximum time frame for symptoms of  the secondary stage of syphilis to show up? .

No, it never takes years to show, at most one year. Antibiotics if they did anything would cure anything.

Thank you for the calming advise. May i ask just one question , as i was taking antibiotics for 1 week , would this mask any stds that were not previously diagnosed. And could a std not have symptoms for many years, only i had only 1 previous unprotected encounter some years ago.
Thanks again

I would not worry about a STD from a 30 second exposure.
