A question about oral gonorrhea

40-45th days after exposure, muscle pains can be caused of oral gonorrhea?

I don't know what you mean by "oral gonorrhea" but yes, when gonorrhea spreads to the bloodstream it can cause a kind of muscle pain called "tenosynovitis", especially near the heels, ankles, wrists, fingers and elbows.  If you haven't been treated with antibiotics since your exposure, then you can do a NAAT test and it will probably pick it up if you have it.
