What could I possibly have?

Approximately one year ago I had protected oral sex with a woman who later told me that she had HSV2. I got tested about two weeks later and test showed negative. In the meantime however, I began feeling a tingling burning and occasionally itchy symptoms in my genital area, as well as redness with no swelling on my scrotum. The itching is mostly around the shaft of the penis. I was perscribed by a doctor antifungal cream and the symptoms mostly went away. Recently I had unprotected sex and the symptoms have come fully back. To be specific, I have itching around both sides of the shaft of my penis, redness in the skin of the scrotum and a pulsating sometimes on sometimes off burning sensation around the penis head. I have read somewhat comflicting reports online as to whether I could have gonorrhea, herpes, trichomiasis, hpv, urethritis or a skin condition. What is most likely based on my symptoms?
