All STD tests negative after 2 months. More tests?

I had some touch based exposure 4 months ago, no unprotected oral or intercourse.
I got tested at 4, 8, and 10 weeks for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphillis, HIV, herpes1&2, hepb, hepc, tricho, uti, etc, all negative. I saw some posts say STDs like herpes need to test after 4 months.
Do I need to test again?

Another question is about amoxylin. Can amoxylin affect test result of syphylis and herpes?
Thanks.

My risks include:
1. Masturbated each other;
2. He performed oral sex on me with condom on for about 15 seconds;
3. He kissed me for about 10 seconds;
4. We may have got each other's cum on our hands.

No unprotected oral sex or anal sex.

Thanks.
