Am I being too over the top or should I be concerned?

Good morning,

I recently had a sexual encounter and now have some weird symptoms.

The encounter was safe (used protection) although some oral copulation occured by both partners for a very small amount of time (less than 10 seconds each). I know oral carries very small chances of anything especially if not deep or for long periods of time as most infections reside in the throat area.. The condom was not broken afterwards ( I checked using water)

I did finger her, but did not touch myself with that hand or fingers afterwards. I immediately washed my fingers and genitals (if it matters)

Its been 3 days . I have a very painful lower back pain and some very small on again off again scrotum soreness (not all the time.. here and there maybe even in my head)

Do I have something or am I over thinking things? no other symptoms whatsoever.

I am a male by the way and encountered with a femail vaginally only.

I understand getting tested is the only TRUE way to know, but likelihood helps me on if I should just wait it out etc etc

Thank you!

Hi none of what you mention are std symptoms and it would appear they are injuries from the act itself.
