Anxiety Is Killing Me

Ok, it all started ~2 months ago when I had protected sex with a prostitute (only sex, no kissing or anything else)
unfortunately, I've repeated the same mistake 4 days ago, but this time it included french kissing and fingering; the girl had a cough though.
1 or 2 days after that my throat started to feel a little bit uncomfortable.
Today, I saw that the back of my throat is reddish; therefore, I went to a doc and he saw my throat only, he didn't take a blood test or anything else, only saw the redness and checked my temperature; it was 37.1 C. Also I haven't told him that I had sex I didn't give him any information beside showing him my throat.
However, he said that this is a soar throat and prescribed some medicines for me, and it's nothing to worry about.
Now, I'm really freaking out that this soar throat can be HIV or any other STD. Can a doctor know if a soar throat is related to HIV or anything else

Its not contracted by kissing so thats how i can tell

ok i got it, but how can you tell that i didnt contract hiv from kissing?

You did not contract HIV from kissing so the redness is not hiv related

how can exp help in this situation? I mean does an HIV redness looks different? I don't understand to be honest ;P

ok thanks guys, i went to a 2nd doctor and she said that this is a congestion. she checked my blood pressure and chest using her headset or whatever it's called. after that I asked her could this be a sign of an std, she said no it cant. How did she know? can she tell from the redness on my throat and my breath?

You don't even have sore throat. If someone had a sore throat before than he or she knows how it is. Sore throat has many other symptoms than just sore throat. By the way you are 100% HIV negetive.
