Are all STDs detected within 9 weeks ?

Hey all! Nearly 10 weeks ago, I had unprotected anal sex with a guy whose status are unknown to me ( though he claims that -and looks- healthy). Anyway, I have tested (and overheated) for all stds. All came back as negative but I’m concerned about the accuracy of Chlamydia and Gonorrhea by PCR tests. I gave a Urine sample (clear catch) for the test, but I’m unsure if it can detect anorectal infections. Shall I go for antibodies test for a peace of mind ?

Thanks for your answer ! Yes PCR is the most sensitive test but I doubt the place from which the specimen was taken; I read that it is impossible for a urine sample to detect anorectal infections. That’s why I doubt the result :( .
