Are these signs of any std,s?

Hello and thanks for your responses in advanced. I'm a male, I received unprotected oral sexfrom a woman 8 weeks ago. I had a full std panel test done at 4 weeks everything came back negative.  At week 5 I started to feel a dull ache around my testicles. It's not exactly on my testicle I feel it on the sides of my scrotum above testicles if it makes any sense. I can feel it at times when I slightly lean forward or if I'm sitting down and lean forward. There have been days when I can just barely feel it. My questions are how accurate were my tests at 4 weeks and what could this dull ache be? Any chance it's caused by an std?

Not really, maybe a muscle pull

Thanks Dave,I have thought about that also but it went away for a few days and then came back. Do you think prostatitis could also cause my symptoms?

Thanks Dave, I do not have any of the symptoms you have mentioned just the dull ache in my scrotal area when I sit down and there is pressure on my perineum or when Im standing and bend forward. I have been stressed thinking about this but I haven't been messing with the area. Do you have an idea of what this could be?

Hi, yes the test are accurate but more important is that the risk is quite low and symptoms of std are a white puss discharge, burning while urinating or blisters and sores on your shaft that appear about a week or 2 post exposure. What your describing is almost certainly being caused by stress through constant pulling and checking for things.
