Are theses signs of STD or worse

I am 42 years old male. In the last 2 months I recieved protected oral from 2 sex workers twice and once unprotected oral and protected intercourse.

Please read my symptoms below:

It started with itchy needle and pinntash all over my body. Arms , shoulders, back  and face.

First I had cherry Agimoas ghen cellulitis then I had these red scratchy pimples in line and then green pimples like on my arms

Now I am hbaing small rash all ober my fave

After the first oral I have tested in the clinic everything came back negative . Second episode was on 3rd of april and 14th

What is happening ? Is this std/sti or worse HIV? The rash on body has subsidises now but facial itching ras pimple is still there . Please advise. No diarraeah , flu like symptoms or swollen glands but extreme fatigue

Hi none of what you mention are std symptoms. maybe some kind of alergic reation. Protected oral is zero risk and unprotected oral is very low risk and you cant get hiv from oral anyway

Thank you so much for your input. It is much appreciated. The rash has gone down today and it seems the itchiness is goong away.
