Bloated feeling related to STD? Something else?

I had unprotected sex about 2 and half weeks ago and posted last week about sensitivity and what looked like a rash around the head/corona of my penis. I went to the doctor and they confirmed my and the community's suspicion of balanitis and told me to apply jock itch cream.

Unrelated (hopefully), I've noticed some pressure/bloating in my lower abdomen. It's not painful, just uncomfortable. Admittedly and oddly enough, I started feeling this way after researching STDs and saw that some uncommon symptoms of chlamydia and gonorrhea is lower abdomen pain. I got further 'freaked out' when the doctor felt my stomach and asked if anywhere she touched felt tender. It didn't, but after leaving I realized I honestly wasn't sure what she meant by feeling 'tender'. How would this feel exactly? Nonetheless, I failed to tell her that I've been feeling somewhat bloated.

I did however get tested for STDs, the results should be in today or tomorrow. Obviously, that will either confirm or deny my fear of having an STD.

I am skeptical though if I went too soon. I've been told to wait two weeks, which I did more or less, but I was tested about 14 hours before it would've been exactly two weeks. Would this have affected the accuracy of the test? It was also a urine test, which I was surprised about. I would've thought they would've done a swab or drew blood. Will the urine test be accurate enough?

Either way, what could the bloated feeling be, potentially? For sure sign of STD, a UTI, stress induced perhaps? Related to the minor balanitis?

I'm a little bit at a loss here and wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar or may have insight into why I might be feeling bloated in my lower abdomen.

Thanks!

If you ever figure out what is wrong with you can you please post the solution. I have had the exact same problem and it’s coming up on a full year. Been tested for most everything. Seen 5 doctors and they have no explanation for me. I have been honest with my symptoms with all of them and they all think I’m crazy. I just want a diagnosis

I definitely will. I haven't been back to the doctor yet, but planning to by the end of the week if I don't feel better.

I will say this, I am a pretty stressed out person due to work and family issues. In addition, I have a long term girlfriend, so I got extremely freaked (and stressed) at the thought of catching an STD from a one night stand. I know, I know, I'm a horrible person for cheating, and trust me, I feel awful about it. Nonetheless, the onsite of balanitis completely stressed me out even more than what I was and wondering if I have an STD has completely consumed my thoughts. Finding out yesterday that I tested negative was a relief and I'm hoping the bloated feeling subsides as a result. We'll see.

I've been told stress is highly related to being bloated, so this is my reason for thinking this. I'm not sure if this helps you, but if you're a very stressed person as well, maybe this has something to do with it.

I'll update you if the doctor tells me otherwise.

My symptoms sorry aren’t the bloating. They are the other symptoms you posted about earlier. I have tried many antibiotics, antifungal meds and creams. I am on antidepressants, anti anxiety meds that don’t help. My symptoms have got a little better over the course of a year but still have kind of a balantis rash almost kind of feels like I grated the head of my penis on sandpaper or something. I have given up sex. I am stressed cause nobody can seem to help me. I know it’s not all created in my head I can visually see the problem. I don’t understand how doctors can’t possibly tell me what’s wrong. I just don’t get it
Sorry, I misunderstood what you were asking about. I'm on day 2 of the jock itch/antifungal cream. I haven't noticed it get any better yet, but I'm not surprised since it's only been a couple days. I'll keep you updated. Over the week and a half that I've had it though, it hasn't gotten worse, just kinda stays the same.

Sorry to hear yours hasn't gotten better. Have you seen a urologist or dermatologist?
Urologist not a dermatologist. I had a cystoscopy which was a horrible test and it came back normal. She was kinda mean to me I guess they discovered a much worse problem unrelated to these symptoms. I had kidney cancer. Now that the surgery is over and gone I am back on these symptoms.

Yes results are conclusive.
No, blanitis dont present symptoms like that.
Uti, possible but it not due to chlamydia and gonorrhea as you tested negative.

Thanks. The results just came back and I'm negative for both chlamydia and gonorrhea. Although the test was taken a few hours short of two weeks, do you think it's accurate? Also, do you know if the bloating I'm experiencing could be related to balanitis or possibly a UTI?

Sorry for all the questions, but I appreciate your help.
