Is there any type of blood test for detecting neurosyphilis in its all stages?
Can RPR and FTA-ABS tests show positive results for neurosyphilis in its all stages?

Thanks dear HowardH, so If I had neurosyphilis both Blood tests contain RPR and FTA-ABS, IGM BLD would be Positive or Reactive right?

So there is no reason for me to go for Spinal Tap test for make sure?

There is no blood test for neurosyphilis. However, the standard syphilis blood tests always are positive in people with NS. If your RPR and FTA-ABS are negative, then you cannot possibly have NS.

I also glanced at some of your other threads. Your symptoms are not typical for neurosyphilis anyway. Your concerns are unrealistic.
