Bumps all over labia majora and perineum?

I noticed these flesh colored mostly flat bumps all over my area after using a new cleansing wipe, although that was a few weeks ago and they have not gone away... I'm worried that might be irrelevant and it's actually and STD of some sort. the only thing that even comes close to resembling it is genital warts but again, they are pretty much flat. i guess i am just looking for a little insight of what else they could be. they are not itchy, nonpainful and barely raised. a few of them are bigger and almost look like they can be popped but they cannot.

Hi cubon3,
Did you ever figure out what you have? I have some bumps on my perineum and labia as well and I was just wondering.

we don't look at pictures here. why not is explained in our read before posting post on the forum.

going to be seen and getting these looked at is the best thing to do.  if you are testing for std's, you have to do so at the right times. you can test for chlamydia, gonorrhea and trich anytime after 1 week post encounter. syphilis after 6 weeks. herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months.

have you had your gardsil shot series for hpv?

I have an appointment with my gyno on Tuesday to see if I can rule out STDs. I was told I had bacterial vaginosis less than a month ago and put on antibiotics for seven days. that was also around the time they showed up. do you think they could be related?

again, just trying to see what my possibilities are before heading to a doctor. Tuesday is so far away...

Genital warts can have a multiple number of appearances.  Some look like warts with cauliflower like surfaces, but others are just pink or reddened spots, and others are raised flesh colored areas.  It all depends on which genotype of HPV you have, as well as how your immune system is responding to it.  It can actually be tricky even for a dermatologist to diagnose versus other skin conditions that can cause similar lesions.  Could be genital warts, could be contact dermatitis, could be a number of things.  You'll have to see a dermatologist.
