Bumps on back of tongue

I have 2 bumps on the back of my tounge maybe 4? Hard to tell. They are opposite each other (left and right) They are not at all painful or discomforting. I am just curious if it could be HPV or some other form of an std. I am a male and am under the impression that while males can get HPV they dont show symptoms? Does HPV cause problems in the mouth?

I will. They are small and not very painful. I am a smoker. Im 21 in sept and i smoke maybe 3-4 packs a week and very rarely drink. If that helps... I will look into it. Thanks!

Oral hpv is very rare, and you probably have some kind of canker sores.  Google apthous ulcers or geographic tongue.
