Bumps

Okay, I have a question. I am sexually active and have been with the same partner for about a year. I've never had any issues until recently.

Recently, very small bumps have appeared on the shaft of my penis and on the head. They are so small and don't even feel like bumps but more like spots. They are more flesh colored and aren't doing anything crazy. I'm hoping it's pearly penile papules but I'm not sure because I don't know if papules appear all over the penis. It's scaring me but as far as I know, my partner is clean. Again, these bumps are fairly everywhere and have not changed recently. It's not in particular spots but a good chunk of the head of the penis in a circle almost, around the skin in between my head and shaft, and on the shaft. Someone help, I'm very scared of Genital Warts and HPV! Please help!

The only real advice I can give is to see a Dr. Bumps can be many things often not a STD but you would have to see a Dr for diagnosis.

last thing, and no I'm not trying to bump this thread. It's been at the top the whole night.

These spots are VERY hard to notice, they don't hurt, and they are not very red but more flesh colored but I really wanted to emphasize that they are very hard to notice and that you actually have to look for them. I also cannot find any pictures related to these so it might just be my penis. I want a second opinion though, for sure. These "spots" are in numerous places but not in a centralized area as a group, if that makes sense which can hopefully relieve my scared thought of herpes.

Any help is very appreciated

Also, these are much less bumps and more just spot like. You can't feel a bump when you rub over them. Also, I masturbate using my boxers a good bit, which could explain why I sometimes become red on my penis after masturbation. Again, these spots which are a little red, are on my shaft, foreskin, and on the head. Some spots are close the the penis hole. Any help is appreciated.
