I have a burning sensation on my penis head.. The passage for urine has a burning sensation and periodically I get my testicles feeling very sore. I had sex on 27 of April, that is now 2 weeks ago. Is this an STI?

Probably not a STD then, chances are it is a fungial infection or irritation. Best to see a Dr to be sure.
The sex was protected. but the condom then burst. I was able to quickly get out after a stroke or two.
