Burning around head of penis 4 weeks after unprotected oral from csw

About 4 weeks ago while on a business trip to Vegas I got extremely drunk and ended up having unprotected oral sex from a prostitute.   During the encounter,  she started to try to insert my penis into her vagina,  but I pulled back, just brushing her clit with the head of my penis.   She then continued oral for about 15 minutes until I came.  Afterwards I immediately showered and washed my penis thoroughly.  I went to the doctor two days after and got the standard std tests,  all of which came back neg.  He gave me a zpack just to be safe at this time.  The doc said that I should come back for follow up blood tests at the 3 month mark.

About 6 days ago I started having an uncomfortable burning feeling around the edges of the head of my penis and inside the tip. also mild burning when urinating.  It also looked like a little swollen and slightly more purpleish   color on the edges.  However I do not have any visible sores anywhere.  The burning is not constant,  but just when I think it is going away, it comes back.   My testicles are also feeling a little sore.  I currently out of town with my family for the holiday,  and can't see my doc till next week.  I have been happily married for 18 years,  and can't believe what a stupid mistake I made.  The guilt i feel is beyond anything I can put into words.  Is this something I should get looked at right away?  Any ideas on what it could be?   I am also feeling very fatigued,   but that could be from lack of sleep...

Most likely what you have is called HSV-1, oral herpes gone down there. Symptoms are mild and there is nothing to worry about at all. Most likely you will not experience any other symptoms in years to come.
Test after 90 days from exposure with IGG type specific Herpes 1 and 2 and you will rule this out for yourselves. Testing before that will not show anything

I had all the same symptoms as everyone else. I found on another thread that it might be trichomoniasis so i demanded antibiotics from my doctor after testing negative for everything and i have been feeling a lot better. no pain, no nothing. i feel normal now. I think this was the cause even though my doctor said it was highly unlikely i got it from oral, i think i did. Hope this helps everyone!

Hope you are still around. My story is exactly the same and the course of treatment no different. Six different antibiotics back to back and referred  to a psychologist because it was surely in my head.

At the end and after months of treatment I ran into an article about pelvic floor disfunction on how a contracted muscle (probably from a rough encounter and stress) could be guilty. Sure enough, after three weeks of therapy all went away. I had a muscle in spasm which was pinching the pudendal nerve.

About 4- 5 weeks ago I had intercourse with an escort, firstly she did a short oral without my penis having fit a condom then I put it on and we did it. The condom did not break.

I started feeling symptoms about 3 - 4 days after, a strong irritation burning feeling in my penis head and the entire urethra with strange sensations in my abdomen and rectum area. The feeling comes and goes, now mostly in the urethra but only slightly burning. There are no visual affects that I can see.

I started drinking alka fiz a citric acid granulated compound soluble in water and it did take away the feeling for a couple of days but returned to the same condition gradually.
I am planning to go and see a doctor for hiv and std screening soon, reading here has been somewhat helpful.

In your opinion what could my condition be?
And would it be contagious towards a female? If unprotected intercourse happens

I have had the exact same situation as many of the people here. I am so terriffied I can't sleep, i barely eat, and it is severely effecting my proffessional life. It is amazing what a guy will do drunk at the risk of ruining his entire life. I have learned my lesson but now I have the fear of herpes, the burning sensation at the tip of my penis, and I am constantly searching for evidence of blisters which may be adding to the irritation. It does not hurt at all during urination and visually the area still looks healthy. I am a physical and emotional wreck. Insist that your doctor give you a 250mg shot of Ceftriaxone which is used to treat gonorrhea. I had burning penis and anus as well as painful testicles after receiving unprotected oral sex from a stripper.  Its 3 days after the shot and I am symptom free.  I was pretty much symptom free an hour after the shot.  Initially they treated me for Gonorrhea with Cefixime but Gonorrhea is resistant to that antibiotic nowadays.  The only thing I feel now is nausea from the doxycycline they gave me as a precaution against chlamydia.  I went to the clinic 3 times and the emergency room twice before I found a doctor to agree to give me the ceftriaxone shot.  You need to be persistent they are reluctant to give shots.  However the shot is safe and is recommended first line treatment for gonorrhea.  I did not have any discharge but when the doctor shoved the swab up my penis it came out with discharge on it.  I hope this helps.

Hey I'm in college and i had unprotected sex with someone i met through my best friend. I am kinda scared because I also have a burning at the tips of my penis. There have been instances where yellow pus like fluids have also come out. The amount is decreasing but it is still present. I am going to get it checked in the AM but wanted to know what you think it may be. Could it really serious? Curable? Life threatening?

hey just wanted to say I've been feeling some similar symptoms as well and the same situation took place, i received unprotected oral from some woman i barely met, she claimed she took her tests and was all negative after i told her what happened but u can never trust anyone it sucks people can't be decent and truthful i mean this is our lives we are talking about here ,not a game and even though my situation was i got oral from her for about 30 seconds to a minute before i started telling her to get off cause it didn't feel right without protection,i made myself ejaculate and then i went to her bathroom and urinated to push whatever i could out and washed up my penis ,i drove home which is 5 minutes away immediately jumped in the shower, washed all my goring area for a good while thoroughly and within the next two days the symptoms came on, i feel a light burn like its hot and kind of moist sometimes and i pee frequently if i drink something i know i can feel the change that took place before the oral, but i went about 4 days after took std tests and said it was negative I'm praying nothing serious infected me or anything life threatening but i too regret not pushing her away that night if i could take it back i could believe me also been stressed and guilty feeling for being so stupid, but I'm about to head tomorrow to the doctor to get checked again hopefully its something curable and believe me never will i make the same mistake again as long as i live, keeping u guys in my prayers and hope u keep me in yours ,hope all turns out well guys
