Burning at tip of penis for 4 months!?

About 4 months ago I had protected sex with a sex worker and the condom broke (big mistake). The next day i wake up and my foreskin is swollen like 5x its normal size all the way around(I start freaking out). This subsided next day but then 2-3 weeks later a burning sensation appears at the tip of my penis and has been constant now for 4 months. I have had 2 very mild dribbling discharges and a big one after completion of leprofloxcin. Related to doctors I went to a walk in clinic at 3 week mark(neg results). Seen my family doctor and got tested for UTI, trichmonisisas, HIV(all neg). Saw Urologist got a pres. of levofloxacin which didn't do anything for the burning. Currently on doxycycline for 1 week. During last 4 months had one week of relief. Last visit to urologist took a swab test and still waiting on results from lab. Next visit I'm doing a Cystoscopy to further diagnose this. Gotta get another std test done at clinic and get tested for hsv1 and hsv2 test to rule this out. Also other than the doxycycline and leprofloxcin I have gotten a z-pak twice and a antibiotic cocktail shot. Any Advice???

Hi std,s like gono and chlamydia would be inside your urethra not at the tip so in all likely hood you are causing it by constant pulling the area checking for things. dosent take much pulling to cause an injury. If it was herpes or syphilis related there would be sores or blisters but simple burning doesnot suggest any std.
One other thing is that touching the area with dirty fingers could cause a fungal infection which could cause itching making you scratch it in your sleep.
