Burning tongue sign of STD, please help.

Hello there, this is my first time posting on the forum, I hope you guys can help me ease my fears.

I'm a female in my late 20s and I've been dating a guy recently. About 3 days ago we had sex. We used protection, however, I did perform oral sex on him unprotected. I would say, that me performing that act was for a longer period of time and in a more aggressive manner, about 45 minutes and he was very well endowed. The reason why I am mentioning this is because the following day I felt a bit of sore throat and I had some yellow pus in my throat as well. My mouth felt a bit sore, but I thought that was from the friction, and also I was feeling a burning sensation on the tip of my tongue and also on both sides of my tongue all the way up where the wisdom teeth are.

On the second day, the same feelings were persisting. The sore throat became more mild, but the tongue still feels as if it was burned and it feels very irritated and kid of feels a bit numb.

On the third day, which is the day I am writing this, the tip of the tongue still feels weird and the sides as well. I feel there might be tiny blisters but i can't really see them. I can not really taste food and my tongue does hurt. The burning sensation I am feeling is as if I burned my tongue with something and now it just has that weird feeling.

I am so worried that it might be herpes or some other STD. I will go to the doctor but that will be only in 3 days from now, and I am panicking so much now that I might've ruined my health.

Please help me.

Bianca.
