Burning

4 days ago I had protected sex but some saliva was used to masturbate me before putting the condom on. I was careful to make sure the condom didn't roll up and tried not to thrust all the way to minimize skin to skin contact. For the past 20 hours I feel a sensation on the top of my penis below the head. Burning is probably too strong a word but its like I am very aware of that spot. I have anxiety and I know it is likely the cause of the 'awareness' but is this something I should be concerned about? There is no redness or bumps.

Thank you.

By the way. Do you mean herpes as the possibility? Because I read:
he time between infection and the appearance of symptoms for Herpes falls between 2-7 days in most cases.  Most transmissions will become evident within the span of 2 days to 3 weeks

Meaning its not too early as I'm at day 5.

I see no reason for testing, symptoms too soon to be the possible STD's you had a very very low risk for.

I understand its not a big std risk but its not zero so based on this sensation would you recommend testing? Avoiding sex?

Thanks a lot
