Can I get STD's from this? HELP?

Hi, I'm 18 years old. Bisexual, and a hypochondriac.

A couple of days ago, I met a guy and I touched his penis using his t-shirt. He also played the head of my penis full of my own pre-seminal fluid. The problem is, I'm not sure whether he has some of his own pre-seminal fluid on his hands. What kind of STD's can I get from this act? So far, it's been 2 weeks and I don't experience any symptom of STD.. Should I still be worried?

Please be patient, people answer questions for free and on there own time. You were not at risk for a STD. You say your a hypochondriac it might be best to make sure you always use condoms and maybe seek a therapist to help you over come your issue.

I forgot to state that about 2 days after the exposure, I saw a discharge on my penis. I'm NOT sure if it was just a pre-seminal fluid or a discharge as it only happened once and the color was clear to cloudy white. It's been two weeks and the "discharge" happened only once.

My question is, if it's indeed a discharge, should it happen every time (not just once)?
