Can I get gonorrhea from my virgin gf?

My girlfriend is a virgin. I've not had sex with anyone else for over a year. We tried sex for the first time, I performed oral sex on her to put her on ease though she didn't  do oral on me. Also rub the tip of my penis on her vagina a couple of times before I tried penetrating, had to stop cuz she screamed in pain. Didn't try any penetration after that. About a week later, I met my long time ex, who performed fellatio on me but there wasn't any sex cause she was on her period. Few days later I started having a burning sensation when peeing and drips of whitish liquid from my penis. I was treated for gonorrhea and also told to tell my partner to go for treatment too. My confusion is I don't know which of them I got it from because my girlfriend is still a virgin and my ex only gave me oral sex. Need advice so I can know who to tell to go for treatment, don't want my girlfriend to feel bad if I told her especially if it wasn't her I got it from.

Hi, if you did have an infection it would have been from the oral from your ex but i highly doubt it was Gono but more likey a simple UTI as bacteria common in saliva is not common in the urethra. You should have been tested.
