Can I get reinfected with Ureaplasma after treatment?

About a week ago I had my annual Pap, I came back with Ureaplasma. I am being treated for it with antibiotics and my partner has been given antibiotics too. My question is, if we have sex again after we finish our medicines, can we reinfect each other? If I only have sex with him, can I still get it again?

As mention they are natural and not considered an std but can be contracted like an std and only become an issue if they grow out of control.

Hi, if treatment is successful then no but understand these are natural bacterias and only become a problem when they grow out of control. I would suggest talking to your doctor about the nature of this.

So in the future I can not get it again from him? My doctor does not ever explain to me how these infections/diseases even come about. I do not even know whether it's an STD or STI. I would like to know if I could've gotten this from someone he had maybe had sex with in the past?
