Can a lube bottle nozzle hold an std?

I was treated for gonorrhea a week ago. Since then I'd like to begin using my personal lubricant, it's a new bottle and isn't cheap. Is it possible for the bacteria to live on the nozzle without a host? Ive washed it with soap but don't want to risk a reinfection.
