Can someone ID what these ulcers/sores are in my mouth?

Super painful, can’t eat, drink or swallow. Swollen lymph nodes, sore throat....

I also have a high fever 102.5... body aches, weakness, headaches.... nausea, heartburn, lower abdominal pain....

Please advise

Is there a particular reason why you think this might be an STD as opposed to a common viral infection?
