Can you get an STD of any kind from splash back?

Alright, I'm very sorry in advance for how ridiculous this question is. I've been kind of worried recently and I don't have the money to afford a checkup. I've fooled around before, but I've never had sex. I was curious if someone could get STDs or any other kind of diseases or infections from toilet water? I used a public restroom about two weeks ago, and in the process of doing so I honestly can't remember if the water was clean or not. I know there was no feces in the water, but I'm exactly sure about urine. There was a tiny bit of toilet paper and I figured someone just blowed their nose. Anyway, I pee, and I get some splash back on my genital region. As it happened I instantly started worrying about the potential diseases I could have. I wipe and wash my hands. I get even more paranoid about it that I go home and use water and a rag to rinse myself. This was around 30 minutes to an hour after. Even more time passes by and I decide to wash myself again, but with soap and water. I've been having stinging pains, almost as if I'm randomly getting stabbed in short bursts. These pains occur in my lower abdomen (near my lovehandles) and in my vaginal and perineum region. I've been overly paranoid about this and I'm honestly very worried. It's been around 2 weeks since this has happened. I've been having a lot of gas recently as well, if that has anything to do with it (since I get lower abdominal pains frequently). It just feels as if there is pressure and shots of pain in my abdomen at times. And sometimes I'll get strikes of pain in my vaginal region all of a sudden. The vaginal pain was never frequent, there would be mild pulses for about thirty minutes and then it would go away until about 6 hours later. Now there's barely any pain at all.
Last night I was getting up from my bed and I was having the same pains in my abdomen just below my belly button and as I was getting up I got a sharp pain in my perineum/vaginal region.
Is it possible to get diseases from splash back? Is this something I should be genuinely concerned about, like a disease of some sort? Or am I just worrying myself sick?
