Can you please help me with possible STI symptoms?

Hello all,

I have some concerns that I was hoping to address in the forum. I have been having unprotected vaginal sex with a monogamous parter. I have only had sex with 2 other women, both I've had a relationship with for over two years.

Recently, I've been exhibiting some symptoms on the glans (head) of the penis. It started off as small red patches, similar to what I would describe as abrasion. I think this was caused from too much friction during sexual intercourse. A few weeks later, the symptoms did not disappear. Instead I started getting pain near my groin lymph nodes, the red patches turned into smaller red circles on both foreskin and the glans, in what would appear to be a mirror image of each other (same shape and size on foreskin and glans). At this point, it started to be itchy, painful to touch, and developed into open sores. A white discharge from these sores and accompanying foul smell appeared. It looks like some scarring has occurred on one side. Sores are red, cloudy centre, and moist. Symptoms have lasted, and made worse, for over 3 weeks. No clear or raised bumps or patches.

I went to MD once, they said it was abrasion. I went to another MD and they took swabs (bacterial and viral) as well as a anti fungal and bacterial cream. I'm wondering, could this be herpes?
