Canker sores after cunnilingus.

I recently had unprotected sex with a lady from a sugar baby site. She told me she was recently tested. I visited her again after 10 days. This time I performed cunnilingus on her before unprotected sex. 2 days after, I got discomforts on my tongue at 3 different spots, each lasting 2 days..No sores that were visible but could be felt by my tongue and finger. Then after 6 days I got a canker sore on inside of lower lip. (Please note that I do get these regularly but usually only one at a time and gone. I also have a habit of chomping down on my tongue while eating or whatever). My penis is clean. Nothing unusual any place. Her vagina tasted clean; no odors, nothing unusual. Should I be worried about my canker sores? In general, how often and when a complete test is warranted? Thank you in advance...

Hi, none of what you mention suggests an oral std. Topical sores in the realm of stds could be herpes or syphilis and if your concerned you can test for herpes now with a swab of the mouth sore or a blood test in 3 months. Syphilis test would be at 6 weeks.
