At a complete loss need some input,RBC in urine

Hi all,
So I am very confused at the moment.
I need some sort of help or input from someone who has been through similar or know about this stuff.
The only symptom I've ever had is a burning/tingling/buzzing feeling under my foreskin.
No discharge, pain or outbreaks with puss, nothing.
All my tests came back negative.
Yet weeks on I still have the same symptom.
I am peeing a lot more, and waking up in the night for a pee.
I did a urine test at my docs and there was no infection but did find red blood cells in it and asked me to re-do the test which I did.
Waiting for the results now.
I'm at my wits end and don't know what the hell this is or sounds like?
Can Anxiety really cause this burning/tingling?!
Any input would be great, this is probably karma for me being unfaithful :(

Hi what could cause tingling and burning is constant touching, pulling and checking for things.

Hi Dave, that's the thing I've only been washing twice a day and that's it,no sexual contact of any kind since the last exposure.
Though I was confused about the red blood cells in the urine.
Even more confusing is that all my results were negative.
I know you've said that it doesn't sound like an std, just trying to make some sense of this.
Thanks again Dave It's appreciated you answering.
