Chlamydia

I Was Treated For chlamydia Because my partner had it. Me & her got treatment. Although I think her treatment did not work why? Because now I feel the urge to urinate everytime. She has no symptoms. I was cured because 1. I did not have to urge to go and 2. because I got retested. Now I feel like I may have to go get tested again. Suggestions?

I think you should get tested again, for sure.

How long ago did you have your test of cure?

It's possible you have a UTI or something, but you definitely need to be seen again. Did your partner ever get a test of cure?

The doctor that she went gave her pills right there In the office they weren’t prescribed. I don’t think they worked. After my retesting was done I was negative after receiving treatment. Had intercourse again and now i have the urge to urinate and clear discharge
What is the time frame for all this?

How long ago did you get your treatment? How long after your treatment, did you test and get a negative test?

How long after treatment did you have sex again?

Did your partner ever get any testing?

Don't have any sex until you get tested again, and your partner gets tested, treated, and tested again to make sure it works this time. You might have to wait for a month or so, but condoms can break or come off, and continuing to get reinfected with chlamydia can have long-term problems for you both.

Your partner definitely needs to be seen by her doctor. If the treatment didn't work, it's particularly serious for her.
