Complicated Question - Please Help? Throat Gonorrhea?

I am a male, gave oral sex to another male with no condom on 2/27.  On 3/10 my girlfriend gave me oral and I penetrated her with no condom, I did not perform oral on her.  Today is 3/22 and I have had a sore throat on only one side and kind of swollen on that side as well, no real other issues.  She woke up this morning and said she had a fever last night, and woke up with sore throat and swollen glands.  I am really concerned, is there anything to worry about?  I have no symptoms of regular gonno but could I have throat gonno from giving the guy oral and ejaculation in mouth and then give to girlfriend by her giving me oral and me inserting inside her unprotected?  Any help would be great, thank you so much.

You could have gonorrhea in your throat,  but there is no way you can pass this to your girlfriend by having vaginal sex.  The only way is if you have it in your penis.  I would recommend both of you getting tested and treated if you are infected,  because you can reinfect each other.  Also, gonorrhea is becoming antibiotic resistant, and harder to treat.

Also, letting a guy ejaculate in your mouth is bad stuff.  Don’t do that.  I suggest for you and your girlfriend to get tested for hiv in a 3 months window.
