Concerns about unprotected sex and std

I had unprotected sex with a female I do t know. She claims to be std free but I have not further details. 2 weeks later I get a pain at the base of my penis. I have a negative test on gonorrhea and claymdia.  I.also have normal blood tests for white blood cell.  Now 9nweeks later I have s
Still have the pain at base of penis and I have swollen lymph nodes under the arms.  Lymph in my chest feel.strange. I did have shortness. I am concerned for hiv and will get tested next week.  I am anxious and wanted an opinion as well based on the above

The average risk of acquisition of HIV from a single vaginal exposure is between 1 in 1000 and 1 in 2000.

Symptoms cannot diagnose hiv. Take a 4th gen duo test. Result will be conclusive. The odds are greatly in your favor.
