Confused and seeking help

Hello
I receieved bj from a sex worker. When i sobered up i was totally regretful cos i'm happily married.
I felt mild pain in my penis. I went to the doctor after a couple of weeks. I had swab test and urine test. Doc told me that tests are all negative and i should go on with my life. A week passed i was all fine but in these last few days i still feel a bit pain my penis. I have no penile discharge, no pain during urination, no urge of going to toilet. I cant concentrate my life. What's happening to me??

if the pain isn't noticeable if you aren't thinking about it,  it most likely would be a genitally focused anxiety as Dr Handsfield refers to it.

I also got ultrasound checked and the doc said everything's fine.
Can anxiety and regret can make it??

did they check your prostate to see if it's enlarged?

sounds like something  non-std related going on.
